-What shipping methods do you use?
We ship Canada Post Expedited Parcel with a parcel tracking number and required signature. *Please note we do not ship products through regular letter mail.*
-What if I don't want to place my order online?
No problem! Simply make a list of all the items you'd like to order including your contact phone numbers & shipping address then send us an e-mail at ginabeaute2017@gmail.com. We will contact you with a process confirmation.
-After I submitted my order, does my account get charged for items that are not available (out of stock or backorder)?
No, you only get charged for what is available at the time of your order. If by accident your account was charged, you will get a refund.
-How will large furniture like pedicure spas be shipped?
Your spa will be delivered by a major freight carrier. You will be given a tracking number after your spa ships so you can track your shipment online.
-Duties?
All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis; meaning you will pay any import duties when your purchase is delivered to you.
